Doctor Strange 2: Multiverse of Madness will have a lot of people die. Predictions for 18 characters
Adding Doctor Strange to Avengers: Endgame makes it one of the most ambitious MCU movies yet, but with doors to the infinite worlds open, there are more chances for chaos than ever. There are already at least 18 heroes and villains who are almost certain to show up, and there are rumors that many more will show up from Multiversal Variants and fan-favorite characters.
KC Walsh, a well-known insider, said the movie will have a “impressive body count” and “use its Variants to great effect.” With the highly-anticipated sequel set to do a lot of Multiverse-hopping, there are a lot of chances for shocking and important deaths, even if it is their first time in the MCU.

As the movie’s release date nears, check out The Direct’s list of which heroes and villains have the best chance of surviving in the Multiverse of Madness.
Dr. Strange is 18th.
Chances of Survival: 10/10
Dr. Strange has risen to the top of the MCU after Avengers: Endgame. He has become both important and popular. He’s become a lot more popular recently, and there’s a good chance he’ll be able to make it through this one.
Captain Carter:
Chances of Survival: 10/10
Captain Carter made her first appearance in What If…? Much like Dr. Strange, Hayley Atwell’s hero is almost certain to make it through the chaos that is about to happen. Because there are already a lot of plans for the future, Marvel would be making a bad move by ending her story outside of her own show, especially since there are already a lot of plans for the future.
America Chavez:
Chances of Survival: 9/10
It’s going to be a long time before the MCU introduces the next member of the Young Avengers: America Chavez. Chavez’s ability to travel through the Multiverse will make her a big part of the sequel’s story and likely a big part of future MCU projects. It looks like Xochitl Gomez’s new hero, the Young Avenger, is going to be another one of the movie’s main characters to make it out alive.
15.) The Scarlet Witch
Chances of Survival: 8/10
With the help of the other three heroes, Scarlet Witch is almost certain to survive the Multiverse of Madness. Wanda Maximoff is one of the most popular heroes in the MCU, even though she’s almost certain to be the bad guy in the Multiverse incident. She may even get her own movie or series in the future.
While Scarlet Witch is very unlikely to be one of the many people killed in the Multiverse of Madness, there is still a chance that she could die, especially because of her role as an antagonist. The latest trailer has shown that Wanda Variants can be evil. Wanda could make the ultimate sacrifice to try to defeat her evil self.
14.) Baron Mordo is the name of the person who runs the country.
Chances of Survival: 7/10
It set the stage for Baron Mordo to have an interesting storyline in the series going forward as he travels around the world to take away sorcerers’ power. As of now, it looks like Mordo’s bad side may be kept for the third installment, as Multiverse of Madness doesn’t use this teaser to focus on bigger threats, which makes it almost certain that he will live.
Many people think that the Mordo shown in the trailers is a Variant working with the Multiverse Illuminati, but this isn’t true. If this theory is correct, the Variant of Chiwetel Ejiofor’s sorcerer could very well be killed by Wanda’s violent attack on the Illuminati, which would make him a very likely death on this list.
Then, 13.) Rintrah,
Chances of Survival: 6/10
People who don’t know much about Rintrah have seen her a lot in the ads for Doctor Strange 2. This is what the Minotaur sorcerer looks like in the movie trailer. A mysterious threat is coming, and it looks like Kamar-Taj.
Marvel Comics: Rintrah had to return Doctor Strange’s cloak to him after his master, Enitharmon the Weaver, had fixed it. During this meeting, this was their first time together. The Minotaur went on to become Strange’s apprentice and protector from physical threats after that.
Many pictures of Doctor Strange’s levitating cloak from the Multiverse of Madness show that it may be repaired in the movie. Because Rintrah is magical and can travel through the Multiverse, Marvel Studios may choose to adapt his storyline very closely. This means that Rintrah will likely live through the Multiverse and have a long future in the MCU.
Sara: She is number twelve.
Chances of Survival: 6/10
Multiverse of Madness merchandise is being released. Fans have heard about a character called Sara for the first time, and they’re excited. The new sorcerer was revealed when the first picture of her Funko Pop! figure came out. Most people think this is an adaptation of Sara Wolfe, a love interest of Wong’s and a secretary to Doctor Strange in the comic books.
While Rintrah may have been set up for a role in Doctor Strange’s magical world, Sara may be being set up to play one in the future. Whether or not she will live depends on whether Marvel Studios wants to use her in the future, which could be based on whether Wong makes it out of the movie.
Prof. X: 11.)
Chances of Survival: 6/10
Multiverse of Madness will have cameos from Variants of many well-known characters and characters who have come back. Patrick Stewart’s Professor X was the first to be confirmed. Reports say there have been a lot of deaths among these Variants, but Professor X may be one of the most likely to make it.
Stewart’s Mutant leader has already been killed off twice in the Fox X-Men universe. In both Logan and X-Men: The Last Stand, Stewart’s Mutant leader was killed off. Marvel Studios isn’t likely to make a third movie about Charles Xavier, unless they want to make a point about how many times he died.
A lot of people think that Stewart will bring the animated Xavier character from the 1990s to life instead of returning as the character he played before. If this is true, the Mutant telepath’s chances of survival go up because Marvel Studios is making a new version of X-Men ’97.
ten.) The sinister strange
Chances of Survival: 5/10
Three Doctor Strange Variants are already being used in marketing and merchandise for Multiverse of Madness: Sinister, Supreme and Defender are all of the characters who will be used in the game.
“Things just got out of hand” is what Sinister Strange said in the post-credits scene of Spider-Man: No Way Home’s trailer for the next Doctor Strange movie, where he said it. While he looks sinister, it’s not clear if he will be a friend or a foe to our favorite Doctor Strange as he travels through the Multiverse on his quest.
Even if the Sinister Strange doesn’t die in Multiverse of Madness, it’s very likely that he will die in the same place. After all, killing off Doctor Stranges may be the best way to show how dangerous the threat is and make the MCU’s main sorcerer’s victory even more powerful.
Bruce Campbell: He is number 9.
Chances of Survival: 5/10
A lot of Bruce Campbell has shown up in Sam Raimi movies for one-off cameo roles that he won’t be back for again. The movie star played different roles in all three of the Raimi Spider-Man movies. He was supposed to play Mysterio in the fourth one. When Multiverse of Madness is done, Campbell and Raimi will work together again for a cameo in the movie, if it makes the cut.
There’s a good chance that Campbell will play a one-off disposable character again, and there’s a good chance that the unknown cameo would make sense because it’s very unlikely that he will return anyway.
8. Wong
Chances of Survival: 5/10
In the last few months, Sorcerer Wong has seen a big rise in his MCU role. He has more confirmed Phase 4 appearances than any other hero, like Shang-Chi in No Way Home and Multiverse of Madness. In the Multiversal Spider-Man threequel, it was revealed that Wong took over for Doctor Strange as the Sorcerer Supreme because the Avenger was killed in the Blip.
When Wong gets a new title in the Doctor Strange sequel, it makes him a strong candidate to die. The trailers have shown that he is put in some close-to-death situations. After all, Wong dying is the only way for Strange to be the Sorcerer Supreme in comic books.
With his role in the MCU and Doctor Strange, Wong’s possible death in the sequel would be very important. He might have to fight a bad Scarlet Witch or even die in order to make the Multiverse madness right.
Gargantos is number seven on the list.
Chances of Survival: 4/10
Trailers and LEGO sets have shown Gargantos, an alien that looks like a squid. Gargantos fights with Dr. Strange and America Chavez. There’s a good chance he won’t live through the fight. In looking back at the MCU, Marvel has a long history of killing off its villains, especially those who didn’t have a good reason to live in the long run.
6.) Christine Palmer
Chances of Survival: 4/10
As a doctor who loves Christine Palmer, it might be hard for him to deal with the loss of her. This makes her a favorite to die in Multiverse of Madness. Rachel McAdams’ doctor has been shown walking down the aisle, working for the Illuminati, and helping Strange with his adventures in the Multiverse, which makes people think there could be more than one Variant.
It’s possible that another Christine from another time will be killed in the movie. There is a good chance Wanda could kill a close friend of Strange’s, even if that person is only a Variant of the person that he knows. This would make Strange very angry.
If… A lot of attention was paid to Strange and Palmer’s relationship in its fourth installment. The sorcerer had to destroy an entire universe to save his love from certain death. Similar situations could be interesting to see in real life. The MCU’s more experienced and trained Doctor Strange would be interesting to see how.
Nicodemus West is number five.
Chances of Survival: 3/10
Most of the people who read this will have seen Nicodemus West and wondered who he was. In Doctor Strange, the Metro-General neurosurgeon was shown to be a rival for the title character’s job. He played a small part in the first movie, so most people didn’t think he would be back for the sequel. This makes it very likely that he will die in the movie.
Fourth, the Defender named Strange is named after him.
Chances of Survival: 3/10
A lot of people think that Defender Strange’s outfit looks a lot like Doctor Strange’s comic book costume when he was part of the Defenders. Everything about his design, even his ponytail, gives off a sense of magic, which suggests that he might be a little more advanced than the typical Strange.
Sinister Strange is likely to die in Multiverse of Madness for the same reasons that the Defender Variant is likely to die as well. Because the death of a powerful and well-known hero only makes things more dangerous, the death of a hero will always have a big effect on viewers. There was also a Zombie Doctor Strange shown in the Super Bowl TV spot, which only made it clear that he was dead even more.
Captain Marvel is number three on our list.
Chances of Survival: 2/10
The most recent Multiverse of Madness trailer showed a new Captain Marvel Variant battling Scarlet Witch at the Illuminati headquarters. It’s thought that Maria Rambeau, played by Lashana Lynch, is the new Maria Rambeau.
Much like the rest of the Kree, Captain Marvel’s blue blood has been shown in the past. This Rambeau Variant, on the other hand, presumably has blue blood as well. An interesting picture showed the Scarlet Witch Variant with blue blood on her top and red blood on her face. Based on this, it looks like Wanda will kill or do a lot of damage to this Captain Marvel Variant, making her the most powerful superhero in the MCU.
2.)Supreme Strange
Chances of Survival: 2/10
“Supreme” was often used to refer to the morally ambiguous Doctor Strange Variant in What If…?, but a recent Funko listing shows that a new Variant will be called the same thing.
A statue of the MCU’s main sorcerer’s Supreme Variant was seen outside the Sanctum at the time of the scene. This shows that he had already died at the time of the scene. There’s a chance this isn’t the case, and the Sorcerer is just a hero enough in his world to deserve a statue. Typically, a monument like this is built in memory.
Variant Scarlet Witch
Chances of Survival: 1/10
To end the chaos in Multiverse of Madness, Scarlet Witch may have to die. She may have been twisted and evil, and it may be necessary for her to die to stop the chaos. However, Doctor Strange may not be able to defeat her in magical combat. That may be the job of her MCU main timeline Variant.
Everything points to an unusually high death rate in the game, and the blood-stained pictures of Wanda show that she is the person who did it. The MCU has forgiven many of the Scarlet Witch’s mistakes over the years, but mass murder may be a hard one for her to get back on the right side of.
As of now, Wanda’s reasons for doing what she’s doing aren’t clear, but the most popular ones point to Darkhold corruption as the source. It’s possible that Strange and his friends could just free her from his influence and send her back to her own world, but that would not be fair.
On May 6, 2022, the movie “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” will be shown in the theater.

Baron Mordo

Karl Mordo, also known as Baron Mordo, is a powerful sorcerer and long-time enemy of Doctor Strange. Hela

Hela’s black power magic is derived from her connection to the realm of Hel, the Norse underworld. It grants her immense power, allowing her to control the dead, summon spirits, and manipulate reality itself. Her powers are fueled by death and destruction, making her one of the most dangerous villains in the Marvel Universe.
In conclusion, Marvel comics and the MCU are filled with characters who use magic as their primary power source. As the MCU continues to expand and evolve, we can expect to see even more magical characters and stories in the future.

Gamora in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3: Where, Who, Why, and How
In the world of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy subfranchise, Gamora, played by Zoe Saldaña, was presumed dead after being thrown off a cliff on the planet Vormir in Avengers: Infinity War. However, in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, she is back, albeit as an alternate version of herself. The rules of time travel in Avengers: Endgame created an alternate universe where an alternate version of Gamora still exists. This alternate version of Gamora, along with her sister Nebula, was kidnapped by Alternate Thanos and his loyal assassin daughters, and they followed the Avengers back to the main MCU timeline. Main Timeline Nebula killed her alternate self and convinced Alternate Gamora to fight for the good guys. Although Alternate Gamora is alive and well in the main timeline, she declines to join the Guardians as she has never met them or fallen in love with Star-Lord.

Gamora, played by Zoe Saldaña, is a pivotal character in the Guardians of the Galaxy subfranchise, but she was thought to be dead after the events of Avengers: Infinity War. So, how is Gamora alive in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3? Let’s take a look at where she is, who she is, why she is alive, and how she is back.
Who is Gamora in the MCU?
Gamora, the deadliest woman in the galaxy, was introduced in Guardians of the Galaxy in 2014. She was adopted by Thanos after he conquered her planet and killed 50% of its population. Gamora defected from Thanos’ forces and teamed up with the Guardians to keep the Kree general Ronan the Accuser from obtaining the Power Stone. She also encouraged her sister Nebula to defect from Thanos as well.
Where is Gamora in the main MCU timeline?
Technically, Gamora is dead. Thanos abducted her and threw her off a cliff on the planet Vormir, as the sacrifice required to obtain the Soul Stone during the events of Avengers: Infinity War.
Why is Gamora alive again?
Zoe Saldaña is under contract to play Gamora, and her character is an essential part of the Guardians of the Galaxy subfranchise. But in-universe, the rules of time travel in Avengers: Endgame created an alternate universe where an alternate version of Gamora still exists.
How is Gamora alive in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3?
During the time heist in Endgame, Nebula and War Machine traveled back in time to intercept the Power Stone before the Guardians, Kree, or Thanos obtained it. However, they created an alternate universe where an alternate version of Thanos became aware that there was a timeline in which he gathered all the Infinity Stones and snapped half of the universe dead, which caused the Avengers to time-travel to collect the Infinity Stones. After kidnapping the main timeline Nebula, Alternate Thanos and his loyal assassin daughters, Alternate Gamora and Nebula, followed them back to the main MCU timeline. Main Timeline Nebula killed her alternate self and convinced Alternate Gamora to fight for the good guys. After Iron Man sacrificed himself to snap away all of “Thanos’ forces,” Alternate Gamora remained in the main MCU timeline but declined to join up with the Guardians, having never met them or fallen in love with Star-Lord.
In conclusion, while we don’t know what that means for Alternate Gamora in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, we know she is in it.
It will be interesting to see how Alternate Gamora’s storyline unfolds in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Given her unique perspective and experiences, there are endless possibilities for where her character arc could go. Perhaps she will struggle to adapt to the new timeline, or maybe she will become a pivotal player in the battle against the villainous Adam Warlock.
Whatever the case may be, fans are eagerly anticipating the release of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and the opportunity to see how Alternate Gamora fits into the wider Marvel Cinematic Universe. With the film set to be directed by James Gunn and featuring a star-studded cast, it is sure to be a thrilling and emotional ride for both longtime fans and newcomers to the franchise.
